INFORMATION

Reasons why the road from an accident, to restoration, to complete customer satisfaction runs through our shop…

Estimating & Warranties:

A detailed estimating process is used to analyze the damage to your vehicle, while a close personal inspection is conducted. Using this information, we provide you with a comprehensive report of damage. You can rely upon this damage appraisal to provide us with a blueprint to return your vehicle to its original condition. Our estimators have years of experience working with insurance companies and will assist you in any way possible. The limited warranty we offer covers parts and materials used in the repair and the labor required to complete the repair process. We use only the finest products, techniques, and craftsmanship to complete the job to your satisfaction.

Bodywork:

Most of today’s modern automobiles are of unibody construction. Unibody repairs need special equipment, operated by journeyman technicians. Our technicians use only the finest materials and equipment available. Each vehicle is repaired to factory specifications in our state-of-the-art collision repair system. The proper repair of unseen damage is critical to the safety and performance of any vehicle. Many auto manufacturers specifically state that specialized uni-body repair equipment must be used in the repair for the ultimate in safe handling and performance.

Parts:

Only the highest quality parts are used to ensure proper body panel alignment. All bodywork is thoroughly inspected by our skilled technicians prior to entering the refinishing department.

Painting:

Today’s modern factory finishes incorporating multiple layers of highly specialized paints. Without the most sophisticated techniques and training, high-tech factory finishes cannot be duplicated. We have made a major investment in the finest painting system available.

We take special pride in our ability to match factory finishes as the final step in our restoration process. The only factory matched finishes are used, with special attention to paint texture, gloss, and hue.

FACTS YOU SHOULD KNOW! DON’T BE FOOLED, IT’S YOUR CAR, IT’S YOUR CHOICE!

  • No law requires you to get more than one estimate.

  • You are not obligated to use any particular shop to obtain repairs. You choose the shop and authorize the repairs.

  • Your insurance company cannot tell you which shop you must go to, to have your vehicle repaired, even if it is a shop on their repair network. That is called “steering” and is against the law.

  • You are ultimately responsible for the cost of the repairs to your vehicle. Financial arrangements must be made before the completed vehicle can be released.

  • There is a big difference between shops. Any shop can give a lower price by leaving something out or by overlooking parts or sacrificing quality.

  • Our people are "craftsmen” and will do a good and honest job of repairing your vehicle at a fair price.
