Estimating & Warranties:

Our estimators have years of experience working with insurance companies and will assist you in any way possible. The limited warranty we offer covers parts and materials used in the repair and the labor required to complete the repair process. We use only the finest products, techniques, and craftsmanship to complete the job to your satisfaction.

 

Bodywork:

​Most of today’s modern automobiles are of unibody construction. Unibody repairs need special equipment, operated by journeyman technicians. Our technicians use only the finest materials and equipment available. Each vehicle is repaired to factory specifications in our state-of-the-art collision repair system. The proper repair of unseen damage is critical to the safety and performance of any vehicle. Many auto manufacturers specifically state that specialized uni-body repair equipment must be used in the repair for the ultimate in safe handling and performance.

Before You Authorize Repairs

• Request a written estimate and ask which repairs, parts and materials it includes.

• Check with your insurer about the claim process and any inspections or estimates it requires. The insurer may request more than one estimate.

• You can choose your repair shop. Before authorizing work, ask your insurer and the shop about any difference between the repair cost and the insurer’s approved payment.

• Confirm any deductible, uncovered charges and payment arrangements. Ask the shop for written warranty details, including coverage and exclusions.
