A Message to our customers regarding Covid-19

Heartland Auto Body is open for business as usual.  The safety and health of our customers and employees is our highest priority. 

We are taking extra preventative measures to maintain the sanitation of our facility, as well as customer vehicles.  Our Employees are urged to be vigilant about frequent hand washing.

We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials regarding the spread of the virus.  Our focus is to ensure we meet every customer’s needs while doing our part to keep you and our employees safe.

Like many businesses we are encouraging our customers to take advantage of a few options that we offer to implement Social Distancing as much as possible.

When needing an estimate please call ahead.  We will get as much information as needed over the phone.  We will set a time for you to come to our shop to take pictures and provide you with a thorough estimate while keeping an adequate space between our employees and customers.

All necessary paperwork can be handled electronically if you prefer. We will pick up and deliver your vehicle if requested.

If you choose to drop your vehicle off for repairs, you may leave your key in our key drop located outside of our office.

We ask that all customers remove all personal items from the vehicle at pick up or drop-off.

We will sanitize the interior of each vehicle before the customer picks it up, paying special attention to touchpoints, such as seats, steering wheels, door handles, and other hard surfaces.
